做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
