做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
