做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
