做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
