做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
