做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
