做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
