做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
