做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
