做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
