做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
