做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
