做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
