做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
