做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。
