做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
