做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
