做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
