做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
