做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
