做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
