在这个时节(jiē )该如何(hé )调理养生(shēng )?宋(sòng )曙霞认为,在饮食上可多吃有芬芳(fāng )气味的蔬(shū )菜,如(rú )韭菜(cài )、香(xiāng )菜、葱、蒜、荠菜、香(xiāng )椿等,以疏肝(gān )柔肝。另外,俗语称“春日吃春芽”,也就是(shì )说这个季节可吃鲜绿的嫩芽,比如(rú )豆(dòu )芽、蒜苗、豆苗、莴苣等,禁食或少(shǎo )食(shí )辛辣刺激食物,以免肝火上(shàng )炎。
