做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
